　　HG-4熱收縮帶系列產品

　　1、結構描述

　　現場補口用HG-4熱收縮帶，其內層為涂敷在鋼管表面的雙組份無溶劑環氧底漆，中間層為熱熔膠，最外層（基材）由特殊改性的幅射交聯聚乙烯組合而成。當使用兩層結構熱收縮帶時，則不用底漆。

　　3、性能與優點

　　HG-4熱收縮帶是帶固定片的熱收縮帶（常稱為搭蓋式或開口式熱收縮套），收縮率≥15%。主要用于管道補口防腐及防腐層大面積損傷、缺陷的補傷。

　　對管體涂層的兼容性優良

　　HG-4熱收縮帶產品適用于各種管體防腐涂層如：二層聚乙烯（2PE）、三層聚乙烯(3PE)、三層聚炳烯（3PP）、粉末環氧（FBE）、保溫夾克、煤焦油瓷漆、石油瀝青。在管線的現場補口防腐中獲得大量應用，效果良好。這已為許多管道工程所證實。

　　抗蠕變性能好、使用壽命長

　　配合性能優異的熱熔膠及底漆，金環公司生產的熱收縮帶能適應不同的運行溫度條件，抗蠕變性能好，壽命長能與管道同齡。

　　預熱溫度低

　　材料新工藝的應用為現場補口防腐提供了更為廣闊的空間。我公司具有良好應用性能的無溶劑環氧底漆在補口時只需預熱到40℃-60℃便可涂刷，可即時安裝收縮，可獲得高的剝離強度，為工程提供了極大的方便。

　　在底漆“濕狀態”下安裝

　　在底漆“濕狀態”下進行熱收縮套的安裝，不僅能保證安裝后的質量穩定可靠而且操作便捷，對提高施工作業效率十分有利。

　　公司十分重視高科技應用，堅持持續改進、應用新材料、新工藝、新技術，使產品性能、質量持續保持優良。金環的“無膠粘結技術”新型固定片，使HG-4熱收縮帶在現場安裝好固定片后，用火焰沿周向（火焰履蓋固定片）加熱收縮時，能保證熱收縮帶頭尾搭接處幾乎無滑移，使整個補口熱熔膠能充分融化（使搭接部位下層即貼鋼管的膠層都烤軟發粘起到防腐的作用）。安裝質量得到很大的提高。同時，補口處膠粘劑的粘結性能進一步提高，它不僅在高溫和低溫的較寬范圍內粘結性能顯著增強，同時具有高的抗剪切強度。從而保證管道補口防腐質量更為可靠。

　　有優異的防水密封性

　　HG-4熱收縮帶由性能優異的熱熔膠、輻射交聯聚乙烯基材、無溶劑環氧底漆等材料組成，防腐性能好、收縮速度快、密封性、防水性能好、耐酸鹼、抗化學腐蝕。

　　Product Description

　　HG-4 is a field applied heat shrinkable wraparound sleeve designed for field joint corrosion protection. The inner layer is two-components epoxy primer which coated on steel pipe; the middle layer is hot melt adhesive; the outer layer is the modified radiation cross linked polyethylene backing; the closure patch.

　　Features and Benefits

　　HG-4 is a wraparound sleeve with a closure patch. The shrinkable ratio is≥15%. It is mainly applied to pipe joint corrosion protection and the prosthesisses of wide range damage.

　　Excellent coating compatibility

　　HG-4 can be applied to a wide range of pipe coating including 2 layers polyethylene, 3 layers polyethylene, 3 layers polypropylene, fusion bonded epoxy, insulated jacket, coal tar primer. It can be used for corrosion protection of pipe joint and corrosion seal of reducer or valve. The effectiveness and excellence have been approved by many pipeline projects.

　　Apply with the primer at "wet state"

　　The heat shrinkable sleeve is applied on the "wet state" of primer allowing formation of strong mechanical and chemical bonds, allows fast application, combined with high performance.

　　Rapid installation

　　The adoption of new materials and updated technology further predigests the installation. The liquid epoxy primer provided by Jinhuan can be used at a low preheating temperature which between 40 ºC~60ºC, quick, reliable field installation is easy to accomplish. The most recent innovation is the “adhesive agglutinated closure patch”. It has further improved the installation quality of HG-4 at job site. It has facilitated of heat melt adhesive, improved the lap shear strength.

　　Long term corrosion protection

　　HG-4 provides excellent resistance to soil creeping stresses and chemical attach. With the closure patch, product’s structure can guarantee more effective waterproof when it used on the buried and off-sea pipeline. The high performance cross linked backing in combination with adhesive, can resists adverse environments.
