         一、適用范圍廣 Wide range of application

        本產品靠自潔式柵型縫隙尺寸來控制防砂范圍，縫隙是由過濾芯片形成，可根據油田儲層粒度分布特性進行縫寬的設計，因此防砂范圍廣，適應性強。

        The product controls the sand-proof range by the size of the self-cleaning grid type slit. The slit is formed by the filter core, and the slit with can be designed according to the distribution characteristics of the reservoir granularity of the oil field, so with the wide sand-proof range it is widely adaptable. 

        二、防砂精度高 High precision of sand control 

        該防砂管的過濾元件是用精密數控機床加工的，并經激光檢測，因此加工出來的濾片精細，成縫精度高，誤差可控制在10±µm以內；濾片具有一定的厚度和強度，并且N個過濾芯片疊壓在一起，因此在各種情況下都很難使它變形而影響防砂效果。

The filter element of the sand-proof tube is processed by a precision CNC machine tool and is laser-detected, therefore the processed filter is fine, the seam precision is high, and the deviation can be controlled within 10±μm. With a certain thickness and strength, by stacking N filter cores together, it is difficult to deform it in various cases to affect the sand-proof effect.

         三、過濾面積大，流通性好Large filtration area and good circulation  

        可根據油氣田產能需要定制過流面積，每米有效過濾面積可達到基管表面積的4.3-9.2%，是普通割縫管的2-3倍，適應高產井的生產需求。

        The filtration area can be customized according to the oil and gas field production capacity. The effective filtration area per meter can be up to 4.3-9.2% of the surface area of the base tube, which is 2-3 times that of the ordinary slotted tube, and could meet the production needs of high-yield wells.
