盤錦遼河油田金環實業有限責任公司是中國石油遼河油田下屬的一家多種經營企業，公司成立于1993年，注冊資金5500萬元，現有職工117人，專業技術人員20人，其中高級工程師6人，是一家從事預應力隔熱油管制造、維修、檢測及油水井技術服務的專業化公司。

The company was established in 1993, is located in Panjin City Liaohe Oilfield, with convenient transportation access. The registered capital is RMB 55 Million. It has over 117 employees, of them 20 are engineers and technicians, 5 are senior engineers.
